Most real estate teams in Montreal will tell you they’re the best. They’ll talk about culture, community, and opportunity. What they won’t tell you is exactly what they provide, what it costs you, or what you’ll realistically earn. We’re not going to do that.
Elite Real Estate Group is a 25+ agent team based in Pointe-Claire, operating under the eXp Realty banner. We’re led by Logan Boyce, and we’re built around one idea: if you’re serious about building a real estate career in Quebec, you need a system — not a slogan.
Here’s what actually makes us different.
You Get Leads. Real Ones.
Most teams claim to offer leads. What they actually offer is a name on a list that went cold three months ago, or a Zillow lead that’s been called by six other agents already. We operate a real lead generation system. We use Follow Up Boss as our CRM, which means every lead is tracked, every follow-up is logged, and nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re not going to promise you a specific number per month because markets shift. What we can promise is that lead generation is a core operational priority here — not an afterthought.
Training That Actually Moves the Needle
We run structured training sessions twice a week. Not optional webinars. Not pre-recorded content you’ll never watch. Live, structured training sessions designed around what’s working right now in the Quebec market.
On top of that, Logan works directly with Jeff Cohn — one of the most recognized real estate team coaches in North America through Elite Real Estate Systems (ERS). That coaching philosophy filters down into everything we do: how we train agents, how we structure accountability, how we build habits. If you’ve ever paid thousands of dollars for a real estate coaching program, you know how rare it is to get that level of thinking built into your day-to-day team environment.
A Physical Office That’s Actually Usable
We have a 4,500+ square foot renovated office in Pointe-Claire. It’s free for brokers on the team. No desk fees. No hourly booking. No finding somewhere to take a client meeting.
This matters more than people think. When you’re working with buyers and sellers, having a professional space to meet builds confidence — yours and theirs. And when you need to sit down, focus, and make calls, having an actual office beats working from a Starbucks every time.
The eXp Advantage
Elite operates under eXp Realty, which is a cloud brokerage that operates differently from traditional brokerages in Quebec. Here’s why that matters for you:
Revenue Share: When you sponsor agents into eXp, you earn a percentage of their commission revenue — up to seven levels deep. This is real, meaningful income that builds passively over time. Agents at Elite who focus on this can materially change their financial trajectory over a five-year horizon.
Stock Awards: eXp gives agents stock (EXPI) when they hit certain milestones — when they close their first transaction of the year, when they cap, and when they sponsor agents who also close. Over time, you’re building equity in the company you’re producing for. That doesn’t happen at Re/Max or Royal LePage.
Cloud Brokerage Flexibility: You’re not tied to a physical brokerage office the way traditional agents are. You have access to eXp’s global network, training platform (eXp World), and resources from anywhere. This gives you flexibility without sacrificing support.
At Elite, you get all of that — plus a local team infrastructure that most eXp agents don’t have access to: leads, office space, hands-on training, and accountability.
What You Get When You Join
Let’s be specific. Here’s what’s included when you join the Elite Real Estate Group team.
Lead Generation & CRM Access
You’ll be set up in Follow Up Boss from day one. Every lead that comes through our system gets tracked and distributed. You’ll know exactly what’s in your pipeline, what follow-ups are due, and what your conversion rate looks like.
We don’t just hand you leads and wish you luck. There’s a structured process for how we work them — from first contact through to signed contract. That process is teachable and learnable, and we’ll show you how it works.
Twice-Weekly Training Sessions
Two structured training sessions per week, every week. We cover everything from prospecting scripts and objection handling to listing presentations, negotiation tactics, and understanding the Quebec market. The content is practical and current.
You’ll also have access to coaching frameworks developed through Elite Real Estate Systems. If you haven’t heard of Jeff Cohn, look him up. The man has built and sold multiple top-producing real estate teams across North America. His thinking is woven into how we run this team.
The Office
4,500+ square feet. Fully renovated. Located in Pointe-Claire, which puts you well-positioned to work the West Island — one of the strongest real estate markets in the Montreal area.
Free for team brokers. No catches. Come in every day, or use it when you need it. It’s yours.
Accountability Systems
We believe accountability is what separates agents who intend to succeed from agents who actually do. We track activity, not just results. That means calls made, appointments booked, presentations given — the inputs that drive the outputs.
If you’re the type of person who says you’ll do something and does it, you’ll thrive here. If you need a push sometimes, you’ll get one. We’re not going to manage you out for having a slow week — we’re going to figure out why and fix it.
Marketing Support
Listing marketing, social media templates, video content support, professional photography coordination — we have systems for all of it. You won’t be designing your own flyers at midnight before a listing goes live.
We also maintain the team brand, which means every listing you have carries the weight of the Elite name. That brand recognition in the West Island market is something you’d spend years building on your own.
Team Culture & Events
We do this well, and we know it. The atmosphere at Elite is something agents notice when they visit. It’s a group of people who actually like working together and who push each other to do more.
We run team events throughout the year — not just the mandatory pizza party, but things people actually show up for. The culture here is something you build over time with the right people, and we’re intentional about who we bring in.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not a warehouse. We don’t add agents to hit a headcount target. Every person who joins the team affects the culture, the energy, and the output. Here’s who tends to do well here.
New Agents Who Want to Fast-Track Their Career
If you’re newly licensed and trying to figure out how to actually make money in real estate (not just how to pass the OACIQ exam), a team is the smartest place to start. You’ll learn more in your first year at Elite than most solo agents learn in five years — because you’ll have leads to work, training to apply them to, and accountability to keep you honest.
You won’t have to figure out your CRM, your scripts, your marketing, your lead gen, or your business systems on your own. All of that is already built. Your job is to show up, learn fast, and execute.
Experienced Agents Who Want to Scale
If you’ve been doing this for a few years and you’re stuck — stuck at a production level, stuck managing your own admin, stuck spending money on leads that don’t convert — a team structure can break you out of that. You bring your experience and your book of business. We bring the infrastructure.
A lot of agents hit $5-10M in volume and plateau because they’re running out of time. They’re doing everything themselves. Here, you can focus on what you’re good at — working with clients — and delegate the rest.
Solo Agents Who Are Tired of the Grind
Running a solo real estate business sounds great until you realize you’re also the admin, the marketer, the lead generator, the follow-up machine, and the bookkeeper. For some people that works long-term. For a lot of agents, it’s just exhausting.
If you’re finding that being independent isn’t as freeing as you thought it would be, you’re not alone. Joining Elite doesn’t mean giving up your identity as an agent. It means plugging into a system that handles the parts of the business that aren’t your zone of genius.
Agents Curious About eXp Realty
Maybe you’ve been hearing about eXp for a while and you’re not sure if it’s real or hype. We get that question a lot. The honest answer is: the model is real, the revenue share is real, the stock is real — but like anything in real estate, it only works if you actually work.
Joining Elite is one of the best ways to experience the eXp model with actual support around you. You’re not just becoming an eXp agent in isolation. You’re joining a team that understands how to use the eXp platform as a competitive advantage.
FAQ: Joining Elite Real Estate Group
Do I need experience to join?
No. We bring on new agents and we bring on experienced ones. What we’re looking for is coachability, work ethic, and a genuine commitment to building a career — not just having a license. If you’re brand new, we’ll set you up with training and leads so you can start producing quickly. If you’re experienced, we’ll talk about how to structure things so it makes sense for where you already are.
How do commission splits work at Elite?
We’ll discuss splits during the conversation — they depend on your experience level, production history, and what you’re bringing to the table. What we’ll tell you upfront is that the conversation is honest. There are no bait-and-switch splits, no hidden fees eating into your cheque, and no surprises after you sign. We’d rather have that conversation clearly up front than have you find out three months in that the math doesn’t work.
What makes eXp different from traditional brokerages?
Traditional brokerages in Quebec — your Re/Max, Royal LePage, Century 21 — charge desk fees, franchise fees, or take a larger percentage without giving much back beyond a brand name and an office. eXp operates as a cloud brokerage, which means lower overhead for everyone. The revenue share model means your income isn’t limited to what you personally close — you can build income from agents you bring into the system. And the stock awards program means you’re building equity, not just commission cheques.
The other difference is that eXp has grown rapidly into one of the largest brokerages in the world, which gives you access to a network and training infrastructure that most local brokerages can’t touch. At Elite, you get all of that plus local support on the ground in Quebec.
Can I keep my existing clients?
Yes. Your existing clients are yours. Coming to Elite doesn’t mean surrendering your book of business. It means you now have better tools, more support, and more resources to serve those clients — and to attract new ones. Any clients you bring with you stay with you.
What kind of leads will I receive?
We generate leads through a combination of online advertising, inbound marketing, and referral systems. The leads you receive will be a mix — some ready to buy or sell now, some earlier in the process. The key is the follow-up system. Follow Up Boss tracks everything, and we train you on how to work leads across their full lifecycle, not just the ones who are ready to sign tomorrow.
We’re not going to promise 50 leads a month. What we’re promising is a real, functioning lead system — and the training to convert it.
How much can I realistically earn in my first year?
It depends on how hard you work and how well you execute. Agents who are new to real estate and join a team with solid lead gen and training can realistically close 10-15 transactions in their first year if they’re putting in the work. At an average commission of $10,000-$15,000 per transaction (depending on price point), that’s a meaningful income — significantly more than most solo new agents make in year one.
Experienced agents joining the team with an existing book of business can ramp up faster. The ceiling is high. But we’re not going to give you a fantasy number. This is a job, and it pays based on what you produce.
Is the office mandatory or optional?
Optional. eXp is a cloud brokerage, which means you have full flexibility to work from anywhere. The office is available to you at no cost and we encourage you to use it — especially early on, when being around other agents and the energy of the team accelerates your learning. But you’re not required to come in. A lot of our agents work a hybrid model, using the office for client meetings and team training days, and working from home otherwise.
