Logan Boyce is the owner and co-founder of Montreal’s Elite Real Estate Group. To say that real estate is in his blood would be an understatement. Growing up with real estate broker parents, Logan was raised on conversations around offers, negotiations, and open houses. His best year in real estate he closed 76 transactions and his goal is to help agents achieve their best years ever while having the time they need to spend with their family and loved ones.
Logan is what many would call a “born salesperson”. His friends and family know because from such a young age he was selling his ideas, and his hard work and figured out that’s where he was going to put his time and energy. His sales career carried him from BestBuy, all the way to the head office of Apple Inc. in Cupertino, California. Something was still missing though as he always felt these companies were trying to fit a square peg into a circle.
Creating a legacy is the aim for Logan when he started Team Boyce, who’s name was later changed to Montreal’s Elite Real Estate Group. Creating an environment with amazing atmosphere, training, leads, administration support, and systems was at the forefront of Logan’s vision for the team. The team is always growing and more and more realtors are learning that together, with the right people, you achieve more.
